I n August 2002 on the basis of two companies: Enterprise "Agrofos" and SE "Ammophos" belonging to the former defense enterprise software "Pridneprovsky Chemical Plant" CJSC was founded "Dnieper plant of mineral fertilizers." After extensive renovation, in which the investor has invested more than U.S. $ 10 million, production capacity can produce complex fertilizers containing one granule of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in different proportions.

Today, PJSC «Dnipro Plant Mineral Fertilizers", a member of the Corporation PJSC "Ukragrohimholding" - a group numbering more than 700 employees. Supervises the work of his team of like-minded people who realize the development strategy of the company, successfully solve technical problems, implementing innovative technologies, provide safe working conditions, expand markets for its products. Here are just a small list of what has been done with this command:

• Commissioned site mixing of raw materials - potassium chloride, ammonium phosphate with the pulp. This made it possible for the first time in Ukraine to quickly change the composition of fertilizers, depending on market requirements;
• Commissioned site surface treatment of fertilizers;
• Used method of dispensing dry raw components that could substantially reduce energy consumption;
• Mounted compressor station with three modern screw compressors in Finland;
• First time in Ukraine itself has arranged production of highly concentrated fertilizers family NPK - NPK 10:26:26.
